"Visual artist Lotte Kjoeller's Work Process 1" on the painting "Michael" 1/6 - 31/8 2017 painted by the coastline near Isefjorden in Denmark.

Hun bliver Moder Natur i aktion.

Description: At the start of Lotte Kjoeller's Work Process - this slide show - we fare in the nature of the Isefjorden in Denmark, where the sky and the water dominate and paint the colors and characterize the entire workflow as it happens in Lotte Kjoeller's paintings. Out in the nature's own studio with very high ceilings, the artist must adjust to the weather, the light, the animals and the plants. She is inspired by the surroundings, such as nature's time and the people there, for example. a beautiful pregnant woman who paints, who found her way into Michael's image. It calls on some other feelings to paint in nature than being in her studio. She becomes Mother Nature in action. Part of nature itself. That's how it feels like.

All 3 paintings are based on personal experiences and a discussion with Mogens Palm from SAK Exhibitionhall that deals with angels. The subject was laid when Lotte Kjoeller took the bus to the Isefjorden. Full of Angels, she wrote sms to Mogens that now the paintings should be born, now she started. They sent pictures and texts of angels to each other. And angels live in heaven. At the Isefjord there was heaven, land and water. Lots of skies. Such useful discussions, studies and thoughts are here realized through the paintings. The planning of the work can be painful and may take a long time. But now the birth should stand. These paintings are very big because angels are huge light beings and the purpose of portraying them is to tell about these incredible beings that can look in many ways and have many tasks.

Michael measures length 2.40m x height 1m without frame divided into 6 canvases of 1x0.40m. And some might think - why so big projects with are hard to sell to ordinary people? The fact is that you have to carry out your thoughts if you believe in them - while they fill you and you are inspired. Lean ideas may just be those that lead you as an artist and give others a different interest. Larger projects and strange formats can be used for some things and exhibitions that are not necessarily sales exhibits. And is also need for them. Perhaps they are the ones that make you unique?
